About Us

Colour Entertainment is a non-profit organization dedicated to maximizing the potential of executives of color who work in the entertainment industry.  The three branches of the organization include Colour TV, Colour Film and Colour Associates.

Through a series of master classes, the Colour Entertainment Leadership Program develops diverse executives into the industry’s next generation of decision makers. The CEG Leadership Program is divided into two level cohorts:

• Level 1: 7 years + of executive experience, to prepare for senior roles.

• Level 2: Under 7 years of experience to prepare for mid-level roles.
