ABOUT US
Colour Entertainment is a non-profit organization dedicated to maximizing the potential of executives of color who work in the entertainment industry. The three branches of the organization include Colour TV, Colour Film and Colour Associates.

The goal of NEXT UP is to celebrate Assistants and Coordinators who are the rising generation of BIPOC executives and agents in corporate-creative Hollywood. They may not always receive the spotlight they deserve, however their efforts play a significant role in the content and talent that audiences across the globe are able to relate to and experience.
